Stepping into the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sioux Falls Southwest, I was pleased to find a state-of-the-art business center—a prime necessity for corporate retreats. the free, fast high-speed internet enabled seamless remote work, ensuring productivity amid comfort. the 900 square feet of meeting space, equipped with modern amenities, catered perfectly to our needs. the staff's accommodating nature further enhanced the business-centric atmosphere. Displaying unwavering support, the night manager managed the front desk efficiently, even in the absence of support staff. However, the comfort of the pull-out beds left much to be desired; A notable downside that affected our sleep quality. Ultimately, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites impresses with its well-equipped business facilities but falls short in terms of bedding comfort. An ideal choice for business travelers seeking functionality over luxury.
